Remote-first, EU time zones
Most of us live within 2 hours of Warsaw time. We meet in person twice a year — once in Athens, once somewhere new.
Ship every week
Big batches and quarterly roadmaps slow you down. We aim for at least one customer-visible change per week, per engineer.
Seniors only
Everyone here owns at least one entire surface area end-to-end. No L1/L2/L3 ladder, no mentorship program — we hire for taste.
Boring tech, sharp edges
Laravel, Postgres, Redis, Alpine, Tailwind. We use what is durable so we can be adventurous in the design and product layer.
Open salaries
Salary bands are public after hire. You see what everyone makes and how raises are decided — no negotiation theatre.
No bullshit interviews
We do not run leetcode. Two conversations + one paid take-home (24 hours, paid at your rate). That is it.

All roles include 25 days paid leave + your local public holidays, the latest MacBook, a yearly travel budget for the two team off-sites, and a small home-office setup stipend.
