Terms of Use

Welcome to radcms. Before using the platform, please read these Terms carefully. By registering or using our services, you expressly agree to them.
1. Contracting parties
The radcms services are provided by Rad Connections sp. z o.o. (the "Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered under Polish law. By using the services, the customer ("you") is bound by these Terms.
2. Description of the services
radcms is a SaaS platform for creating, managing and hosting websites, e-commerce stores and related applications. The services include packages (modules), plugins, themes, domain management, hosting and technical support.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We recommend enabling 2-Factor Authentication, which is included free on every plan.
4. Fees and payments
Pricing for plans, packages and plugins is shown clearly on the /plans page. Billing is in advance, monthly or yearly depending on your choice.
- Entitlements: each plan includes specific units for free (e.g. 1 marketplace on Grow). Additional units are billed at the package list price.
- Trial period: where a trial is offered, billing begins after it ends and after any free-month period.
- Late payment: we may suspend your account if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days.
- Refunds: due to the nature of digital services, we do not issue refunds for the current billed period — but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the platform for:
- Illegal activities or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Spam, malware, phishing or any form of network abuse.
- Reverse engineering, scraping or attempts to bypass technical safeguards.
- Reselling our services as your own (white-label requires a separate Enterprise agreement).
6. Intellectual property
The radcms software, branding and documentation are owned by Rad Connections sp. z o.o. Content you upload (text, images, products) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence only as necessary to provide the services.
7. Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% uptime across plans (99.95% on Advanced and 99.99% on Enterprise). See /status for live status. If we breach the SLA, you are entitled to credit per each plan's policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or unforeseeable damages (e.g. lost profits, data or goodwill).
9. Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
- We reserve the right to suspend or immediately terminate your account in case of a breach of these Terms.
- After termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, then it is permanently deleted.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Rad Connections sp. z o.o.'s registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your EU country of residence.
